To join the MCITA, please follow the process below:

1. Read the MCITA Standards applicable to you (pre or post test) Click Here
   – membership is subject to compliance of these standards
2. Complete the Application Form below 
3. Complete the Direct Debit Form (page 2 of the Application Form)
   - if this is your preferred method of payment

Please return your Application Form along with a cheque for the annual membership fee* or a completed Direct Debit form (as applicable) to:
